Parents, grandparents, family members and friends attending solely to watch an activity will receive a complimentary Spectator Membership at no charge.

Spectators will be permitted to access the designated spectator areas and stands with their families.

Spectator registration is part of Vision’s new facility access and safety system.

It allows us to maintain appropriate annual liability waivers and better understand who is accessing the building while still allowing spectators to attend at no charge.

Full User Membership – $25/year

Provides facility access for active users along with eligible member amenities, programs and discounts.

Spectator Membership – Complimentary

Provides facility entry and access to designated spectator/viewing areas but does not include the additional amenities, training areas, recovery facilities, discounts or other benefits associated with the Full User Membership.

Spectators may upgrade to a Full User Membership at any time.

Full membership benefits include or are planned to include:

● Access to designated workout and training areas

● Access to steam rooms once repairs and improvements are completed

● Member pricing on eligible facility rentals

● Up to 50% off eligible non-prime facility rentals, subject to availability

● 10% discount at Champs Grill, where applicable

● Preferred or discounted access to select programs and clinics

● Additional member benefits as the program continues to develop

The two fees serve different purposes.

Court rental fees pay for an organization’s scheduled use of a specific playing space.

The Annual User Membership belongs to the individual and provides access to facility amenities, benefits, member pricing and other opportunities throughout the year.

A membership is not tied to one team or sport.

Vision is continuing to reinvest in the facility based heavily on feedback from our users.

Recent and planned improvements include:

● More than $10,000 invested in high-volume fans to improve summer conditions

● Sound-dampening improvements

● Improved security and controlled building access

● Training and workout spaces

● Recovery amenities

● Spectator and common-area improvements

● Ongoing facility repairs and upgrades

Our objective is to continually increase the value members receive from their $25 annual membership.

Members will have the ability to receive an individually assigned FOB/key tag for applicable facility access.

Each FOB is connected to the individual member and cannot be shared or transferred.

A refundable FOB deposit will apply.

Personalized access allows Vision to better manage who is entering the facility and improves security and accountability throughout the building.

It also allows us to move away from uncontrolled access through multiple entrances.

Digital completion will be available so registration can be completed before arriving at the facility.

Memberships and facility access are individual and cannot be shared.

A guest participating in or wishing to use member amenities will require their own Full User Membership.

A guest attending solely as a spectator can register for a complimentary Spectator Membership.

Full members will receive preferred pricing and discounts on eligible rentals, particularly during available non-prime hours.

Organizations should encourage their participants to complete their membership registration and annual digital liability waiver before their first scheduled activity.

Spectators can also complete their complimentary registration in advance to make entry easier.

Our goal is to create a safer, better-managed and continually improving sports facility.

The membership program supports improvements to the building while also giving active members access to benefits extending beyond their individual game, practice or sport.
