Flex Care Youth Development Initiative

We are proud to introduce our new program designed to enhance your child’s education and extra-curricular experience by bridging the gaps between sports, learning and leisure. We have designed an extensive curriculum aimed at engaging a youth’s development by training them through a series of intructional demonstrations and activities guided by our wide array of experts over the week.

Sports

Extra-Curricular

Over the weeks. the kids will experience introductory training into a huge variety of sports. With professional guidance from our experts in each field, your child will easily pick up catered skills in engaging sports such as hockey, basketball, boxing and much more.

 

Mindfulnesss & Mental Strength

Educational

Students will have the opportunity to partake in various wellbeing activities to promote emotion regulation and resilience.  By engaging their senses through a series of wellness exercises and lessons on understaning their emotions, kids will come out of the workshops with a better undderstanding of themselves and the world around them.

Nutrition

Educational

 Our help experts will instill proper nutritional values in the children, making sure they are aware of the necessary food groups the body requires and how to moderate each aspect of their diets. Each day is also accompanied with a nutritional lunch provided (allergens and food restrictions accounted for).

STEM in Sports

Extra-Curricular | Educational

We are proud to offer lessons in STEM areas such as Math, Physics etc. by bridging studies and sports. Our well-versed instructors will introduce these concepts into the sports to not only help children understand the STEM topics, but also enhance their sports performancwe itself. This will culminate in out final challenge which will see the kids constructing a MINI-GOLF COURSE using the skills they learnt!
